Rianna Thompson is a registered Clinical and Counselling Psychologist with the Health & Care Professions Council (PYL0399095) and holds Graduate Membership with the British Psychological Society (524738). Rianna has experience providing individual and group therapy and works with adults, adolescents and their families.
Rianna completed her Bachelors and Honours Degree in Psychological Science and a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology at the University of Adelaide in Australia. She has worked across inpatient, outpatient, private and rehabilitation settings, specialising in working with psychosis and longstanding mental health concerns resulting from interpersonal trauma.
Rianna is trained in a range of therapies and tailors her interventions to meet the needs and goals of each person. These therapies include Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
